Tears Falling

many tears I have cried
my soul is wet from within
time does not heal all

they fall each day
as my heart breaks with sorrow
tomorrow the same

Woodland Elves

in autumn's forest
paths well tread by woodland elf's
unseen by mankind

leaves crunch with their steps
soft foot prints led deep within
echos murmur low

night comes and they dance
beside an evening fire
gentle beings they

Gypsie Wagon

wandering each day
traveling life lead by lust
home a wagon small

new life born in route
ever searching for unknown
gypsies free and bold

Deep Silence

nights deep silence reins
unbroken from dust till dawn
shadows fill the void

sounds beyond our reach
echo through the dense landscape
silence always there

Shadowy Form In The Graveyard

his form was sparse
his features morose and drawn
scuffling his feet

starting and stopping
his gate impulsive and slow
from whence came this thing

a shadowy figure in black
long white fingered grasping hands
a cold cold dead corpse

In the Dark Of Night

it makes no sense now
not to my mind nor my heart
how life comes and goes.

with but a whisper
a soft sigh deep in the night
what was is no more

hearts should be stronger
love should hold all of it tight
that we may hold on

Hunters New Moon

summers first new moon
breathtakingly beautiful
hangs alone in sky

hunters of old knew
its hopefulness for the hunt
mornings light brought prey

warriors rode out
with the moons spirit in tack
feeding the children

Old Garden Wall

the old garden wall
you built next to the quince tree
still stands strong and tall

each brick speaks your name
each rock so carefully placed
brick and tree now one

whenever I feel
that my heart might break in half
your wall calls my name

Our Tapestry

together we wove
our lives in a tapestry
love laughter sorrow

meant to last always
our hearts linked each woven piece
only tears remain

Falling Leaves

leaves cold cold like tears
fall on autumns misty graves
broken hearts remain

left behind alone
waiting for the end of days
once more joined again

oh she said so evenly
so without feeling
those ashes are just bones
it's not him you know
it doesn't really matter
where you might put them.
these bones, these cold bones

all that I have left of him
he that was my life.
