Time Hides Us

time moves slowly now
across a rising morning sky
darken woods absorb

the red door hides us
from all fear that we carry
deep within our hearts

am not afraid of storms
for I am learning to sail my ship

Stormy Seas

beneath stormy seas
children of the deep cry out
wailing in sorrow

maids awaiting love
toss and tumble in the rough
where have they all gone

men who sail the tides
watch and long for them
 magical maidens

Night Sky

ocean waves greet moon
on this a perfect night sky
each specking whispers

each sun set woven
in the glistening moon dust
echoed in the sea

Hallowed Path

falls perfection seen
in hallowed tree lined walkway
leaves fall softly here

multicolored path
leads deep into the fall woods
elves dancing beneath

First Frost

with autumn's first frost
the chill of death roams freely
melancholy's child

renewal waits ahead
a rebirth and harvesting
change comes to them all

in life as in death
age and time will call us forth
we are once more one

Flower Of Love

sweet flower of love
it's  nectar pure and lovely
draws the butterfly

As The Night Deepens

as the night deepens
darkness full of your sweet love
memories come back

you walk in the mist
whispering those words of love
holding me so close

my heart cries for you
across the many long years
we shared each other

as the night deepens
you fade away from my side
leaving me alone
